One is of animal origin (lower), inherited from previous incarnations of the animal world, and the other is Divine (higher), the one that is given to us “in the image and likeness” of the Creator. This is the higher nature to which we aspire and which one day we will nevertheless master.
The main mistake of medicine is that it begins to fight the disease, trying to defeat it. Alas, the forces are clearly not equal. Firstly, because the disease came to us as a signal, and until we pay attention to this signal and respond to it correctly, it will not go away.
Secondly, medicine is often powerless because we ourselves created this disease - therefore, only we ourselves can become healthy, having made certain efforts for this. Medicine, for its part, can only help us. To help, but not to make us healthy for us, as some believe. For the removal of some organ, or part of it, does not solve the problem as a whole.
We have already talked about the causes of the disease in previous chapters, so I will not repeat myself. It is only important to recall that the “bad” (our illnesses) was also created by something “bad” (our negative thoughts, attitudes, emotions, actions), because “what you sow, you will reap”.

I propose now for a better understanding of what the lower (animal) and higher (Divine) nature of man is, to consider them in more detail.
Let us now see how our lower animal nature has been formed.
Initially, when the planet Earth was a solid mineral, only the most elementary form of consciousness could exist in it, which differed in only one feature. Remember. This elemental consciousness in the mineral world had only memory. As consciousness evolved, a more perfect form was needed. Consciousness acquires a more complex form compared to a mineral. Vegetation appears on the ground. Consciousness in the Plant World adds sensitivity to memory.
Consciousness develops further and requires a more complex form for its content. The animal world appears, in which, in addition to memory and sensitivity, the ability to recognize taste is added, as well as hearing and vision appear, as more complex mechanisms for perceiving the surrounding world.
And here you can’t do without the brain as a control center, the nervous system with its ability to quickly bring various brain commands to the body, and vice versa to transfer information about cold, heat, pain, danger or about comfort and pleasure from the body to the brain. And only then, as the consciousness develops, an even more complex form appears - a person. Consciousness in this form, in addition to everything previously manifested, already has the ability to realize both itself and the world around it, and in addition, it has the ability to know its creator and the Laws of the Universe created by him, according to which the Universe lives.
That is why, in the Bible only about this human form and its current content it is said: “And God said: let us make man in our image and after our likeness, and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the birds of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth” Gen. 1:26.
Note that only this more complex form is created in the likeness of the Creator. That is why in Man, in addition to all previously manifested properties of consciousness, such a quality of the Creator as a creative part is added, i.e. the ability not only to live according to certain programs, like animals, but also the ability to create appears.
That is, in a person there are all the lower qualities of consciousness, manifested in earlier forms, and a new, higher, Divine quality appears, which he still needs to develop.
Everything is piled up in a person: mountains, lakes, rivers, oceans, swamps, trees, flowers, crystals, minerals, metals and, of course, animals. What is the role of man? Man's task is to tame, harmonize and reconcile everyone in himself, so that predators turn into domestic animals working for him. People are called to play a huge role in creation, but, moving away from the source, they forgot about it. They no longer know what their purpose is, and behave exactly like animals: they torment and devour each other. Yes, just like animals: the same instincts, the same appetites, the same cruelty. Do not think that the human being has become free from "animality".
Since a person does not see them in physical form, he does not believe that they can exist in his thoughts and feelings of envy, revenge, hatred. And yet they exist! Now our work must be to tame them, bring them to reason, bring them to our service.
All natural kingdoms are represented in us. Our skeletal system corresponds to the mineral kingdom; the circulatory system to the animal kingdom, the nervous system to the human world. Then comes the aura (auric system), which is much thinner than the nervous system and serves as a boundary between the world of people and the world of angels.
All Initiatic Schools agree on the following: Man is a compressed repetition of creation, which is why they call him "microcosm": a small world compared to the "macrocosm", the big world, the Universe. This knowledge explains the work of the Masters: since they contain all the spheres of the Universe, they know that by awakening certain impulses in themselves, they can touch Heaven. But if a person contains Heaven, then, unfortunately, Hell too. Alas, all the devils are also in it.
We have two natures (nature). Many of those who follow nature, they say, allow themselves to be controlled by their lower nature and oppose their higher nature. Others, who have decided to give freedom to their higher nature, try to limit and bind their animal nature.
Animals are the beings completely subordinate to the lower nature. They are completely faithful to her, they never violate her laws, because they are controlled by instinct, and they do not, unlike us, have reason, consciousness and will to resist it. The position of people is different: the Cosmic Reason gave them the means to resist the lower nature, free themselves from its fetters and submit exclusively to divine laws.
So, whatever you do, whatever you say and think, there is only one way: to consciously die to the lower nature in order to be born to the Divine nature. As much as we have been obedient and submissive to the laws of the lower nature, so now we must obey and obey the divine laws of our higher nature.
Esoteric science explains to us that man is a very rich and complex being, and that he is much more than what people imagine him to be. This is the big difference between esoteric science and official science. Official science says: “We know a person well, he consists of such and such parts, possesses such organs, such cells, such chemical substances - everything is listed and names are given to everything. That's the whole person." Whereas Esoteric Science claims that in addition to the physical body, there are other human bodies.
At the present moment, when the Divine (hereinafter we will also call it the highest or true nature or the essence of man) nature wants to manifest itself through the dense, dense spheres of the animal (lower) nature, it cannot fully realize this. It will take a long time, many experiments, exercises, studies over the centuries and millennia, so that the bodies that make up our animal nature become the expression of the qualities and virtues of a higher nature. But someday, when they are sufficiently developed, the mental body will become so exalted and transparent that it will finally begin to understand divine wisdom, the astral body will be able to nourish the most noble and selfless feelings, the physical body will acquire all possible actions, nothing will be able to resist it. .
Since there is no real separation between the two natures, our Divine essence is always looking for the possibility of influencing in a good direction on animal nature, but that, wanting to remain independent, free, and "having only its own head", very rarely obeys impulses from above. Although it is animated, animated, nourished, supported by the Divine nature, it resists it until the day when, at last, the true essence succeeds in penetrating the animal nature in order to control and dominate it.
And then, our animal nature becomes so submissive, obedient, that it acts only together with the Divine - this is complete dissolution, true love, a real union of both of them.
This is what is meant in Esoteric Science to "make ends meet." One of these ends is our animal nature, which is threefold, like the three-headed Cerberus dog that guards the entrance to Hell; the other end is our divine nature, which is also tripartite. This dissolution, this union, this union, so desired, must one day come, but when? It's hard to define. This can happen differently for each person.
This is what must happen to man in the future: in the midst of all the vicissitudes and hardships of life, he must achieve the subordination of his lower nature to the higher Divine. This divine desire should already be in a person of the near future and should become an obedient tool at his disposal. This is the goal of all the exercises and practices taught in the Initiatory schools.
Most people are obedient to their capricious, disorderly, rebellious, anarchic animal nature, convinced that this is the best manner of behavior, true progress, real evolution. Some, more intelligent, more developed, who had a lot of experience in other reincarnations, choose a different path - the path of self-control, the path of self-control. Thanks to intelligence, will, consciousness, which govern everything, coordinate and control everything in their life .. thanks, if you like, to the light in them, they manage to tame everything disordered and anarchic in themselves .. And at this moment the Divine living in them , begins to manifest and express itself through hitherto unsuspected means: colors, shapes, smells, music, intelligence, heavenly beauty.
The fact is that even when a person knows very well what evolution, freedom, self-control are, nevertheless from time to time he allows himself to be guided by his lower essence. Why? Because the degree of consciousness we have reached at the moment is still more animal than divine in some people. We have not yet reached superconsciousness, which is the degree of consciousness of our true essence.
If we had this expanded consciousness that characterizes our Divine nature, we would feel that life is one, that we are all connected, that all beings are one in this ocean of universal life in which all creatures swim, and we would have different from our ordinary sensations, sensations of joy, delight, beauty, infinity. But, since our consciousness is a derivative of our animal, vegetable and mineral nature, it is limited; what we have thoughts, emotions, actions, such is our consciousness. It is a limited consciousness, it is a consciousness of separation: we always feel excluded from the whole, separated from people and nature.
It is necessary to pray, meditate, use all the practices taught by true teachers in order to establish contacts, connections between the lower and higher natures of a person, so that his consciousness rises, expands and can perceive real reality.
Suppose, for example, that you view a prism from the standpoint of your lower consciousness: a prism is a limited object, a transparent crystal with four facets. The light passing through it is decomposed into seven colors of the spectrum - it's beautiful, it's beautiful; but you, observing this phenomenon, will remain at the level of ordinary consciousness. Everyone can watch it. But if you begin to develop your higher "I", your Divine consciousness, you no longer look at the prism only as a crystal that exists separately from you; you place yourself inside the prism, you penetrate into the essence and from within you feel and know its nature. And at this moment, your ideas about it and perception of it are completely different.
And when you look at a plant, you also enter into it, you dissolve into its current life, as if you could be this plant. Thus, you will get to know its properties, medical features and possibilities of its use. You do the same with an animal, you penetrate into it, as if you become it yourself and, without losing, of course, the consciousness of a person, you feel everything that the animal feels.
Neither the upbringing nor the education that is given to people at the present time can provide them with a knowledge of all aspects of true life; their perceptions are limited in form, scale, weight, distance, and duration. All this is still very limited. People must learn to expand their consciousness, learn to enter into their Divine consciousness. There is no time, no space: all creatures, all beings millions of kilometers away from you, you feel as present, living in you! There is no more past or future: everything that was in the past and will be in the future - everything is now in your soul. This is real eternity: whatever you want to know, all events, past and future beings, you can know them immediately.
People face many problems in their existence because they live exclusively in their lower nature. Only a few among them make an effort to look higher, more far with the eyes of the spirit, through the divine part of their being, and the results are completely different - other feelings, other concepts appear. But it is very difficult for me to explain these concepts. All this is very clear in my head, but I can not find the right words, because we are talking about the realities of the fourth, fifth dimensions, and just as it is difficult for beings living in two-dimensional space to explain the existence of the third dimension, I cannot you, living in three-dimensional space, to give the concept of the fourth dimension.. This is inexplicable!
And now, when we separate our animal and divine natures, this is only a manner of definition, since everything comes from God. Suppose, for example, that you are looking for gold. You have ore, and you must extract gold from it. Although they are different - gold and ore, with their vein structure - they have one origin, since all matter has one origin. And, perhaps, if you know how, you will not only extract gold from the ore, but also turn the ore itself into gold. Why not? If you know how to act.. And vice versa, gold can become base matter. All these transformations we meet in nature. If you melt lead, it becomes shiny like silver, but very soon you will notice that the surface of the lead is covered with a thin gray film. Scrape it off and the lead will shine again like silver, and then dim again. Thus, in front of your eyes there is a "transformation" of lead.
In fact, everything comes from God, and our body was once created by God too. “But,” you say, “how could God, whose nature is so different from matter, form something so dense, dull, heavy?” I can explain this to you with a very simple example. He acted like a spider that spins a web. Watch how the spider weaves its web - this is the universe. It is a geometric, mathematically impeccably organized construction. How does the spider construct it? First of all, he secretes a fluid that, when hardened, forms a very thin, flexible, elastic thread, and then he begins to construct his web.
And the snail makes its shell house in the same way. She makes it first from her liquid saliva, which then hardens in the air. So she creates her own little house.
You see how by observing nature one can understand how the Lord created the world: he singled out subtle (thin) matter, which then hardened. It seems that the snail and its shell are very different, but in reality they are of the same matter, since the snail forms its house by its secretion. YOU will be surprised if I tell you that the same thing happens with our animal and Divine nature: the animal nature is dense, heavy, hard, like a shell, while the Divine is light, mobile, alive.
They are different, but their origin is the same. Our ego (animal nature or lower "I") and higher "I" formed into one; our animal nature, like a snail, built its shell by emitting a certain substance, which then hardened. And we carry our physical body like a snail carries its shell. This is our home, we live in it. But the danger lies in the fact that man has been taught to identify with his shell, and not with what is a powerful factor in its formation: with the spirit. That is why man is weak, limited, weak, subject to delusion. The body is not a person, it is only his vehicle, horse, tool, house. And man is a spirit, an omnipotent, unlimited, omniscient spirit. And only by identifying with his spirit, a person becomes truly strong, illuminated, immortal, divine.
So, know that you are all deities! Yes, deities, and you live in a very exalted realm where there are no more limitations, no more darkness, no more suffering, no more sadness, no more disappointment. There everything is given to you in full and in abundance. But this life that you live above, you still cannot force to descend here, neither to feel, nor to understand, nor to manifest it, because your body and animality do not allow you. It is dull, thick, ill-adjusted, or poorly controlled, like a radio that can't pick up some stations. The waves that the Cosmic Mind spreads are so fast, short, that the dense and heavy matter that formed your lower essence cannot vibrate in unison with the divine messages: they slip, they pass without leaving traces, and a person does not suspect that in reality he experiences in the highest spheres of his being.
There are obviously means to improve this situation. If you decide to follow the rules of a pure life, if you have a desire to finally become a son or daughter of God, then your heart shows itself to be noble, your mind clears up, your will is strengthened. Your lower self also becomes an instrument that can better and better express the elevated life of your true essence, until the day when they merge together: the lower essence will disappear as an independent part, merging with your true self, and then you will become one perfect being.
In anticipation of this day, from time to time some revelations come to you, the voice of intuition sounds like bright flashes that blind you. But this does not last long and again you are enveloped in clouds. After a while, reading a book, looking at a landscape, praying, meditating, you again feel that you are experiencing a blissful moment. But again, it doesn't last long. Such is the life of man: the incessant change of light and darkness, and so on until the day when man finally becomes the expression of the Divine, and this will be new life- complete revival.
Some will say, "Whatever you say is inconsistent with nothing, it's nonsense, it's not true, and I don't believe it," and they continue to live on the animal, consumer level. Let them do whatever they want. One day they will see where the truth was, but how much time will be ingloriously lost! It is better to believe immediately. Yes, believe, try to manage yourself and move forward! This does not mean that one can suddenly become a Divine overnight. You will fall and rise on this path, fall and rise again, you are destined to fall and rise many times in spirit ... until the day when, finally, the divine consciousness, the consciousness of your true Self, will be established in you, take its place and then you will gain stability.
Sometimes also people feel so tired that they begin to doubt. How many strange philosophies circulate in the world, how many conflicting ideas appear about everything that this divine tradition brings us, that many decide to forget everything, disconnect from it and return to ordinary thinking. It is at this moment that you need to be careful. We need to know what awaits us if we go back. At such a moment, you can say to yourself: “Yes, I’m a little tired, I don’t want to read, or pray, or meditate, I don’t want anything ... But this will pass, it will pass very soon.” Look at how everything happens in life: after spring comes summer, then very much, winter, and after winter comes spring again. Then why doesn't the same thing happen in you? Say, "Okay, I'll let this winter come, but then spring will come again, it'll be better." Here's how to argue. At such moments, many leave, leave everything, and their situation becomes very bad, as it will be very difficult for you to regain these states of consciousness, full of light and peace.
We must learn to free ourselves from our lower nature, continue to work towards your Divine part, because we cannot do otherwise, and never forget that our animal nature should not have the last word. Continue on the path to a high ideal, and after a while you will see how circumstances change by themselves, strength is renewed, you recharge yourself and bad days are forgotten: rivers begin to flow, birds sing, flowers fill the air with fragrance - everything becomes beautiful again.
If you apply all this, then even when you are tired, exhausted, fallen into despair, some particles, radiation, glow, something soft, harmonious will come from you. Otherwise, if you constantly remain with your lower nature, then inside you, even when you are, so to speak, fresh, in strength, you will become dusty and moldy.
When man was created in the workshops of the Lord, the Universal Mind sowed seeds in him so that they would germinate and sprout in the form of virtues, virtues, high acts of self-sacrifice and self-denial.
We see that from time to time they manifest themselves in some people, as it was in the past with prophets, saints, martyrs ... Without a doubt, their life proves to us that the divine nature manifested itself in these people, that they tried to go beyond the lower nature in which the whole world is immersed. Yes, but they were so few that they could not influence the gigantic crowd of others; and sometimes they even became victims, because the crowd, which did not appreciate them, rushed at them, imprisoned or crucified them. Then, little by little, apprehension and fear seized most of the others, who, in order to avoid the same fate, not only did not seek to follow their example, but committed dishonorable acts.
Most people do not realize that these two natures coexist in them. A person is brought up in society according to the traditions of the crowd: indeed, from birth, everyone does the same as everyone else, and does not imagine any other ideal than to imitate their parents, their relatives, their neighbors, so as not to go far. This means that everyone follows the lower nature, which always strives to live its own life, to be independent, to do what it pleases and satisfy all its whims at the expense of others. It does not respect any laws: neither divine nor moral, under the pretext of independence, it pushes a person to break with everything: he does not accept any authorities, any order, anarchy is his law.
Now imagine that the true Teachers, the true Initiates want to lead people out of all this spiritual confusion, disobedience to the laws of harmony, that they want people to live in an atmosphere of peace, where no one is enslaved, not enslaved, where everyone sees clearly, feels himself free and independent in an atmosphere of collective harmony ... Why do they keep this silence, this harmony? Why do you need to make an effort on yourself? Oh no, this is enslavement, hypnotization, sorcery. It is necessary to change all this, i.e., in fact, return to chaos. The initiates want just to stop all these misfortunes and lead people to create a different environment, where everyone is one whole, everyone is connected to each other, but everyone retains his freedom, no one loses it.
First of all, you need to learn the following: having entered into harmony with all laws, forces, intellectual entities, beings superior to us, a person can achieve all-round improvement. The cosmic mind has established such an order of things in order to give a person time and an opportunity to come to his senses. Instead of killing him immediately, cosmic love gives him time to make things right. The opportunity to revise, correct, adjust, left to man, is one of the aspects of divine love. But at the same time, this is what deceives him: not seeing the punishment, he thinks that everything is as before, everything is going well, and sometimes he is even proud that he has succeeded in several bad deeds, he feels strong and powerful. Unfortunately, he does not know that everything is registered, everything is recorded somewhere, and the hour of reckoning is inevitable.
Every being can be compared to some kind of musical instrument: clarinet, cello, trumpet, violin, piano, guitar... and the life that passes through every being, the divine life breathes in these instruments and vibrates their strings. Each creature makes a certain sound, and the Cosmic Mind united them all so that together they could play the symphony of the Universe. This symphony is not heard only here on Earth, because people, because of their instincts and passions, cannot vibrate in unison with all universal harmony, as God intended. They fail because their consciousness is limited by their lower nature.
But on the day when they begin to strive for unity, or rather, for brotherhood, when brotherhood becomes their goal, they will begin to vibrate in unison with the entire Universe, and thanks to this they will receive the best currents of the Cosmos, they will restore the channel through which the celestial energy can circulate and reach them. A life filled with exclusively selfish aspirations clogs the channels and prevents energy from circulating. One day the whole world will know about it, and even children will be born with the knowledge that there is nothing worse than a life based only on animal needs, since they are not consistent with the collective, cosmic, divine side. This is the beginning of all misery.

The thing is, we just can't beat it. This nature has been born in us for tens of thousands of years. She went with us through many incarnations and served us faithfully in them. Then without it, we simply would not be able to exist. She still continues to help us in certain situations. True, some of us show less and less need for our lower (animal) nature.
Recently, standing by an autumn lake, I watched a flock of ducks swimming. The ducks behaved calmly and did not show any signs of aggression. Just ruffling, swimming lazily or even standing still, sleeping with their heads under their wings.
But then a boy came up to the water and began to throw bread into the water. And what started here! The water literally foamed from the ducks attacking the bread. Snatch! Be on time! Swallow first! Pushing each other away, pecking and beating with its wing - each duck tried to be the first at a piece of bread. And even after swallowing one, she immediately tried to literally snatch a piece from the other's beak. Crumbs and small pieces of duck were swallowed immediately. But the crusts of the long loaf also came across such that the duck could not swallow immediately. A large crust of a loaf that fell into the water was immediately grabbed by a duck, next to which it fell.
Unfortunately, the duck could not immediately swallow such a large crust. All those who did not have bread immediately attacked the happy owner of a large piece. Some tried to snatch a piece right out of their mouths, some pecked at the head in the hope of knocking out a piece in this way, some pecked at the neck, some into the eye, some into the body. Who was farther than others - took off and dived right from above, falling on a duck and also trying to snatch a piece. The duck turned out to be in a dense ring of brethren pecking at it. She tried to fly and couldn't. She fell, knocked down by those who swooped down from above. Clogged with his brothers and already completely exhausted, the duck did not release bread from its beak ...
Probably, at a time when people were dying of hunger, it was this quality (to snatch, to be in time, to be the first, to take away by force if he himself does not give back) that saved many people from starvation.
But now the time is different, and we are no longer ducks ....
Here it is important to understand that there is no need to fight and destroy what used to help us survive, even if now it already interferes. We will not overcome those shortcomings that are stronger than us.
It is not so much important to remove the "bad" as it is important to develop the good.
Our past is like a cliché. It has already been deposited once in the book of our life. We cannot remove it, just as we cannot remove certain parts of our biography. But we can change. Let the old that prevents us from living today be buried under a new imprint. It is this imprint that we and everyone else will see. And it is on it that our real life will be built. And then tomorrow we will already reap the fruits that we have sown today, and the negative that was in our past, buried under all the best and best clichés, will no longer have power over us.
Imagine that you are walking along a good road towards some important goal for yourself. The gentle sun shines from the sky, and the fresh breeze pleasantly cools the face. Walking is easy and pleasant. And suddenly you, attracted by the flight of a beautiful butterfly, turned off the road and, carried away by the chase, did not notice how you ended up in a dark swampy area. Swamp slurry reaches your ankles already, the closed tops of trees above your head no longer let in the sun's rays, and annoying mosquitoes, hornets, and midges, sensing sweet prey, literally stuck around you from head to toe. And then you decided to deal with all these vile insects seriously.
Having torn off a branch from the nearest tree, you begin to ruthlessly whip the hordes of midges attacking you. Hundreds of mosquitoes crushed on your body have already fallen in a fierce struggle. But the attackers did not decrease from this. On the contrary, sensing from your slow reaction that you were already knocking out their forces, they requested reinforcements. And now, even more than at the beginning, a swarm of mosquitoes, hornets and midges takes possession of your exhausted body. Realizing that further struggle is useless, you run away from the place of battle and again get out into the bright sun and fresh breeze. At the same time, the hordes that attacked you disappear without a trace.
Having understood what to do with mosquitoes, how difficult it is sometimes for us to understand that we should not also fight our shortcomings. Start developing your virtues and then the flaws, like mosquitoes that have flown from an unfavorable environment for them, will also begin to disappear from your life.
Develop good habits in yourself, learn to think positively, rise above your negative past, and then it will wave its hand to you and leave you alone, and your Divine nature, which is looking forward to the return of the “prodigal son”, will take you into its open arms.

The nature of the universal energy that generates radiation has long worried not only mystics, but also scientists. The ancient mathematician and philosopher Pythagoras spoke about the force penetrating the cosmos and creating the music of the spheres. Later in the Middle Ages, Paracelsus assumed that the world energy, which he called "illiaster", consists of half life force and half life matter.

In the 19th century, the theory of the "ethereal fluid" arose, which was promoted by the mathematician Helmont and one of the founders of hypnosis Mesmer. These screens made it possible to see not only psychics, but also ordinary people, the glow around the human body, which is divided into several zones - from lighter and diffused to darker.

Another interesting researcher of universal energy, which he called "orgone" energy, was Wilhelm Reich, MD and psychologist, who developed a whole new direction of psychotherapy. It is based on the release of orgone energy, suppressed, according to the scientist, by muscle clamps and blocks associated with psychological complexes, the roots of which go deep into the subconscious. Reich invented many devices, in particular, the battery, which allows you to concentrate orgone energy in various material bodies and objects.

But perhaps the most striking discovery of the 20th century, connected with photographing the energy emitted by living nature, was the effect discovered by the spouses Semyon and Valentina Kirlian. First, green leaves were photographed in a special way, and then human palms. It turned out that both the leaves and the arms had a luminous halo that remained for some time even if the leaf was torn. Subsequently, surgeon Mikhail Gaikin, who had experience working with Chinese acupuncture specialists, continued the work begun by the Kirlins and came to the conclusion that in the special photographs taken by them, the brightest luminous areas of the body correspond to acupuncture points used in Chinese medicine.

In addition to Kirlians, in the 20th century, interesting studies of luminosity were made by the doctor and healer Shafika Karagula, American scientists Richard Dobrik, Barbara Ann Brennan, Japanese Hiroshi Motoyama, Chinese doctor Zhang Roplian, and Valorie Hunt, who managed to measure the shape and frequency of the waves emitted by the human body. . Bioenergy is perceived by many people in the form of various tactile sensations - usually in the hands - or visual when seeing the aura. For most, however, these sensations lie below the threshold of ordinary perception. At the same time, there are many techniques that allow us to show that subconsciously each of us feels bioenergy. These methods include dowsing - from the pendulum to the bent wire, electrophysiological techniques such as EEG and GSR, and aura observation tools such as the Gas Discharge Imaging Method.

When awareness spreads beyond the usual narrow limits, it moves away from superficial sensations and penetrates deep into things and phenomena. It becomes possible to communicate through the energy field - either to receive information or to cause the desired effects. However, there is no clear distinction between local and non-local effects. Since space is a concept of ordinary perception, it no longer plays a role at these levels. A healer or a psychic can receive information about a person or phenomenon locally, through their hands, or not locally, at any arbitrary distance. In the same way they can influence: locally or at a distance. It seems that bioenergy does not have to be localized, but can be directed to an arbitrary place due to mental intentions.

But no matter how significant achievements the described experiments and approaches may look like, the main discoveries in the field of auric radiations have yet to be made by mankind. Thus, the Living Ethics teaching contains predictions about future breakthroughs in science awaiting mankind, according to which devices will soon be created that capture the aura so accurately that photographs will make it possible to draw conclusions about the moral and spiritual state of a person. Over time, people recognize these pictures as objective, the owners of dark auras, indicating a low moral level of a person, will be legally limited in their claims to power, leadership and high privileges. The texts of Agni Yoga reveal the mechanism of those transformations of life that will produce pictures of auras with the help of new types of devices:

“We will have to rebuild the psyche, respectively, and the way of life. The consequences of thought will be visible clearly on the radiations of man, and the discipline of thoughts will become as necessary as the rules of ordinary behavior. Education will become two-sided: external and internal. There is no escape from the pictures of radiation, and photography will replace the modern passport or identity card and will give the right to occupy one or another position in society and for a certain job. So, for example, photographs with darkened emanations, indicating persistent ulcers of the spirit, will be an obstacle to occupying a particular position that requires a certain purity of radiations. The dark spirit will no longer occupy a high public post. Especially the dark ones will be isolated from people until they get rid of their ulcers. The division of people will go according to chiaroscuro, and the unworthy will not get into leaders. Much will change in the life of society. You only have to tell the truth. The septenary universe: the aura of the cosmos
The universe that we observe every day with sight, feel through the organs of smell, taste, touch, hearing, has many dimensions. It may seem to us that it is one-dimensional and homogeneous, but this is just an optical illusion and spiritual myopia. The world does not end with physical matter and is not described only by solid state physics. Newton's physics was replaced by Einstein's theory of relativity, and today approaches that speak of a holographic model of the world and a quantum human body are becoming more and more popular. The dense matter of our material universe is permeated with subtle energy fields, waves and currents, and modern science confirms the infinity and multidimensionality of the universe in all its directions and directions.

Esoteric teachings say that the universe has seven levels, which are also called spheres, planes or worlds. In addition to the gross matter from which the physical world is fashioned, there are six more dimensions in the universe, and they are nested into each other according to the principle of a nesting doll. At the same time, the world of dense matter is the smallest nesting doll, and each next level is larger in size and thinner in terms of energy vibrations compared to the previous one. These worlds consist of matter that is thinner than the terrestrial matter, which vibrates at a speed exceeding the vibrations of the physical world known to science.

The second level of our universe is the so-called ethereal world, which is a subtle-energy copy of the earthly world, filled with cosmic electricity or prana (in yoga - life force). The ethereal world in relation to the physical is its animating principle and vital principle, without which the external world would turn into a dead heap of matter.

The third level is called the astral or subtle world, which consists of even finer matter that vibrates faster than ethereal matter. The astral world in its spatial dimensions, possibilities and connections is many times greater than the physical world (the teaching of Agni Yoga even names a figure - a thousand times!) Just as the physical world is inhabited by objects, forms, bodies and living beings, the astral world is inhabited by numerous astral forms and creatures living in thin shells. In their strength, beauty and luminosity, these shells correspond to the inner essence of their owners. The scoundrel has a dark, twisted, ugly shell, and the saint has beautiful shining clothes of the spirit. The astral body is indeed, first of all, the clothes of the spirit, expressing the degree of spiritual accumulations of its carrier. In man, these accumulations surpass those of the creatures of the animal kingdom, therefore, in terms of the richness and brightness of the radiations, his astral body surpasses the accumulations of the dim astral forms of animals who have passed into the subtle world. The astral sphere of the universe in its structure resembles a layer cake: it also consists of many layers or levels. Each layer is inhabited by creatures and entities of a certain level of development, which cannot freely move to another, higher world at will. The astral world is called the world of consequences, where the souls of the dead reap the causes that they sowed during their physical existence, as well as the world of feelings that take on their subtle form.

The next world, both in size and subtlety of vibrations surpassing the astral sphere, is the mental world, or the world of thought. It is difficult to separate from the astral realm in exactly the same way as thoughts and feelings belonging to an individual person are difficult to separate from each other. Nevertheless, the world of thought is a completely independent sphere, which is inhabited by ideas, plans, mental entities generated by a variety of creatures - from humans to the Highest Cosmic Hierarchs. Any event, action, program, before it happens, passes through the sphere of thought. Any body of the organic living world, for example, the body of an animal, is the result of the intense work of the Divine Mind, which means that it is a kind of Divine thought. From this point of view, Plato, who said that there is a world of things, and there is a world of ideas, and that there is a horse, and there is the idea of ​​a horse, was deeply right. Vernadsky was also exactly right when he expressed his idea of ​​the noosphere - the sphere of thought and labor, the rational shell of the planet, containing the mental images of all ideas and tendencies generated by mankind. The mental world, as well as the astral one, is divided into layers. In the lower layers there are lower ideas and plans, in the higher layers - high thoughts and mental programs.

The mental world is followed by the causal or causal world, containing the underlying causes of all previous worlds. Sometimes it is called the World of the Logos, the Higher Mind, or the Manasic Plane of being. It belongs to the triad of higher spiritual worlds and very little is known about its structure, nature and essence. Saints and enlightened masters, in a state of illumination, touched this world and connected with its energies, but the number of those who have access to such an experience on earth is negligible. Esoteric texts say that this world carries a reasonable light that enlightens the human consciousness, saturating it with the quality of wisdom. The sacred books of the East also say that it is in this world that the seat of the Cosmic Hierarchy of Light is located - a set of Spiritual Teachers who control countless galaxies, stars and planets.

The next, even higher world, vibrating at such an incredibly fast speed that it is almost imperceptible to a person with his limited abilities of perception, is the so-called Buddhic world, a sphere called Anima Mundi or World Soul in the esoteric tradition. This is the world of Divine Love or the Cosmic Heart, identified with the Highest Feminine Principle, which in Agni Yoga is called the Mother of the World. It is she who governs the Cosmic Hierarchy of Light. In fact, this is the world of primordial matter, the primary substance from which the universe was created. At its core, the primordial matter is indivisible and indestructible, but at the stage of manifestation it is divided into matter of varying degrees of fineness, which is subsequently again crushed into bricks.

And finally, the highest world that esoteric teachings speak of is the world of the manifested Absolute, or Divine Will. Sometimes it is called the Atmic Plane of being (Atman - Divine Spirit) With this world, a person living on earth, no matter how highly developed spiritually, in principle, cannot communicate - this world or plane of existence is too far and high. This world is the sphere of the primary manifestation of the Absolute, which is in an unmanifested state.

What is the Absolute? The esoteric teachings of the East say that the Absolute is the Highest Beginning that lies at the foundation of the world, the Single Primary Element from which the entire universe is woven. It exists in two periodically repeating states - manifested and unmanifested. The alternation of these states is called the cosmic breath of Brahma. During the phase of exhalation, called Manvantara in the East, the Absolute successively creates the seven worlds that have been discussed. At the inhalation phase, he also consistently draws them into himself. The unmanifested state, sometimes called Pralaya or the Divine Night state, is a mystery that is absolutely incomprehensible to human consciousness. Some minimal idea of ​​what the Divine Night is can be given by studying the phenomenon of “black holes”, which, according to esoteric teachings, are an analogue of Pralaya at the level of a separate section of the Cosmos. Followers of this view believe that our universe is developing unevenly: some of its spheres and worlds are in the inhalation phase, while others are in the exhalation phase.

The three higher planes or levels of being (the Absolute or the Divine Spirit, the Mother of the World or the Divine Soul, the Logos or the Divine Mind) are inherently inseparable from each other and constitute the Highest Triad or Trinity. For a person who has reached the highest state in meditation, this Triad is perceived as a single whole, as an undivided Divine radiance or Light. The Higher Triad controls the four lower worlds (physical, ethereal, astral, mental), being present inside these worlds as the highest triune deep principle, the invisible foundation. The radiations of the higher triad are connected with the radiations of the four lower worlds - physical, ethereal, astral and mental, and their interactions form the energy shell of the cosmos. It can be called the aura of the cosmos.

The septenary structure of man: the world of subtle radiations
“The microcosm is like the macrocosm,” the ancient Greeks said. Man really repeats the universe in his structure in miniature. Just as the cosmos has seven universes of different levels of density, so a person has seven bodies, six of which are hidden from the ordinary eye. The physical body of a person indicates the presence of the depths of a multi-level invisible world, like a sign on a map. The six subtle bodies of a person (etheric, astral, mental, manasic, budhic and atmic) are inscribed in the corresponding six worlds, which in esoteric teachings are called spheres or planes. The farther away from the physical body, the less these subtle bodies resemble it in form.

If the ethereal body, luminous and carrying the life force, coincides in form with the physical body to such an extent that it deserves the name of the etheric double, then the astral and, especially, the mental body, in their form, rather resemble spherical formations. Each of the bodies of a more subtle world consists of a more subtle and rapidly vibrating matter than the previous one. The etheric body is thinner than the physical, but much grosser than the astral. The mental or mental body vibrates much faster than the astral body, which is also called the body of emotions. But no matter how different these four enumerated bodies may be from each other, they all belong to the so-called material bodies that form the structure of the earthly personality of a person. In addition to them and, as it were, above them, there are three higher bodies, which are called the Divine Triad. Each of these bodies, of course, differs from each other, but for a person this difference is not essential - for him they merge into a single Divine light. We are talking, of course, about an advanced, initiated person who is well versed in the technique of entering high meditative states. For the layman, far from spirituality, everything that exists outside the physical body is a non-existent reality in general.

How are the three higher bodies of a person related to the four lower ones?

Approximately the same as the light of a chandelier produced by an incandescent lamp with lamp glass, chandelier and lampshade.

The thinner the glass of the lamp, the purer and lighter the material from which the chandelier is made and the more transparent the lampshade that covers the chandelier, the more light comes into the world. The dirtier the glass of the lamp, the rougher the material from which the chandelier is made, and the denser the lampshade, the darker such a chandelier shines into the world.

Sometimes the shells that envelop a person turn out to be so dull and dense that it seems as if such a subject generally consists of one dark substance and does not have any light. But in other cases, as, for example, with saints, these shells are practically indistinguishable from the essence that emits light. Sometimes this light was perceived by other people, who noticed with amazement that a powerful light radiation was spreading around this person. It was this mystical light emitted by Saint Seraphim of Sarov that his biographer Motovilov saw.

Radiations distributed by each of the seven human bodies are combined with each other, like waves in a state of superposition on top of each other, and a common radiation is born. That is what the human aura is.

In its structure, the energy shell or aura is a multi-layered formation, which must be understood not just as a halo, cloud or luminous ball, but as the sum of all radiation generated by each human body.

The human physical body has a subtle radiation surrounding its material form. All world religions contain indications of this. Some religious teachings depict a halo around the head of a spiritually realized person, others draw a luminous sphere around half of the body - from the coccyx to the head, others surround the entire human being with light. Religious and mystical traditions associate this radiation with a universal force or energy that permeates the universe.

One of the first people to talk about the power spilled throughout the cosmos was in India. Almost all ancient Indian traditions used the term "prana" to define universal energy and said that it comes to a person, first of all, through breathing.

The Chinese called this energy "de" (a derivative of the famous "tao" - nala, which underlies all things). When "te" from nature enters a person, it becomes his life force called "qi".

The structure of the human biofield

According to observations, the odd layers of the aura have a clear structure, like standing waves of light. At the same time, the layers located between them are amorphous and seem to consist of a colored substance (the so-called ectoplasm), similar to a liquid. They are in constant motion. This fluid flows through a frame of standing waves of light. This frame serves as a kind of guide. The standing frame is also not something frozen: it constantly flickers, as if it consists of many luminous dots, blinking in different rhythms. The first, third, fifth, and seventh layers have a definite structure, while the second, fourth, and sixth layers are composed of a liquid-like substance and do not appear to have any definite structure. Detailed description of each layer of the aura

The physical body is "the grossest extension of our soul", a marvelous vehicle and the ability to sense, feel and understand the endless situations of everyday life. At the same time, the physical body is a means of existence of more subtle information-energy structures in a certain habitat. It is so closely connected with the subtle bodies that the well-being and health of a person depends on their condition.

Etheric body (first layer)

The ethereal body (the name comes from the word "ether", denoting a state intermediate between energy and matter) consists of the thinnest lines along which energy flows propagate. The body is like a "sparkling network of light rays" that can be compared to the glow of an empty television screen. The etheric body is organized in exactly the same way as the physical body: it even has anatomical formations and all the organs of our earthly physical body.

The etheric body is a well-defined structure of the lines of action of forces, or an energy matrix, on which the material substrates of the physical body are attached. The physical tissues of an organism exist insofar as they are supported by a field of vital energy. Consequently, the primary is the biofield, and not at all the rough matter of the physical body.

For example, the green leaf matrix appears in a plant much earlier than the leaf itself appears. A growing leaf, as it were, fills an existing pattern or form.

The network structure of the etheric body is in constant motion. The sight of a clairvoyant is able to move light blue glare of light along the lines of the etheric body, penetrating into the physical body. The etheric body surrounds the physical body at a distance of 5 mm to 5 cm and pulsates at a frequency of 15-20 times per minute.

The color of the etheric body changes from light blue to gray. Bright blue is associated with a more subtle structure of the etheric body than gray. This means that a more sensitive person with a delicate body is likely to have a blue first layer of the aura, and a tougher person, an athletic person - gray.

All the chakras of the first layer have the same color as the etheric body. They can also change in color from light blue to grey. Chakras look like swirls of light, from which the etheric body is also built. At the level of the physical body, the observer perceives all the organs of the human body (although they have a bluish tint). Just like in the case of a green leaf, the etheric body of a person is a matrix that determines the growth of cells in the tissues of the physical body (i.e., cells grow along the lines of the etheric body, which appears before cells). If someone succeeded in separating the etheric body from the rest of the organism, then a figure would appear to the observer, consisting of flickering luminous lines of a bluish color.

Emotional body (second layer)

The second auric body - the next layer, even thinner than the etheric body, is called the emotional body and is associated with feelings.

This body approximately repeats the contours of the physical body. Its structure is more mobile than the structure of the etheric body and does not repeat the structure of the physical body. The second layer looks like a cloud of light that is in constant motion. The emotional body is 2.5-8 cm from the surface of the skin.

The emotional body penetrates the denser bodies it comes into contact with and surrounds. The colors of this layer vary from bright transparent shades to dark dirty, which depends on the clarity or, conversely, the confusion of feelings and the state of energy that generates them.

The emotional body is clear and transparent when it is charged with the energy of love, excitement, joy or anger. Confused feelings, confusion make the emotional body dull and dark. When feelings are clarified through communication, psychotherapy or other influences, the color of the emotional body becomes bright, light and transparent.

The emotional body is painted in all the colors of the rainbow. Each chakra, accordingly, also looks like a swirl of the color surrounding it. The list below lists the emotional body chakras and their colors: red, red-orange, yellow, young grass, sky blue, indigo, white.

The emotional body looks like colored clots that move between the frame of the etheric body and go a little beyond it. At times, a person throws out clots of light from the emotional body into the surrounding space.

Mental body (third layer)

The third body of the aura is called the mental body. This body goes beyond the emotional and consists of an even finer substance associated with thinking and mentality.

The mental body appears to the observer in the form of bright yellow rays emanating from the head and shoulders and spreading around the entire physical body. If the owner of this body is concentrated or thinking hard, then the third layer expands and becomes brighter. The thickness of the layer (i.e. its spread over the surface of the skin) is between 8 and 20 cm.

The mental body is structured. It is made up of our ideas. Most often the mental body has yellow. Inside it you can see mental images. They look like cloud-like clumps of varying brightness and shape. These images have additional colors superimposed on them by the influence of the emotional body. The color of a particular clot depends on the emotional coloring of this mental image.

Astral body (fourth layer)

The astral body is amorphous and consists of clouds of colored light that are more attractive to look at than the clouds of the emotional body.

The astral body usually has the same colors as the emotional body, but is laced with the enchanting pink of love. The astral is separated from the physical body at a distance of 15 to 30 cm.

The chakras of the astral body, like the chakras of the emotional body, are colored in all colors of the rainbow, but are more permeated with the pink color of love. The heart chakra of a loving person at the astral level is full of pink.

When people love each other, a beautiful pink arc appears between their hearts, which is very clearly visible to an experienced observer. A beautiful pink glow is added to the golden pulsation of the pituitary gland. When people enter into certain relationships, then threads are stretched from their chakras that connect these people. The longer and deeper the relationship, the stronger and more numerous the threads become. When a relationship is interrupted, the threads are torn, sometimes causing unbearable pain. The period of "relationship termination" is usually the period of detachment of the threads on the lower levels and attaching them to oneself.

Ethereal Double (template) (fifth layer)

The fifth layer is called the etheric double because it contains all the forms that exist in the physical plane in the form of a template or blueprint. Most likely this layer looks like a photographic negative. It is separated from the surface of the physical body at a distance of 15 to 60 cm.

If a person falls ill, then his etheric body is deformed. In this case, the task of the ethereal template is to maintain and update the first layer of the aura. In addition, in the fifth layer, sound creates matter. It is he who is especially affected by sound treatment. The fifth level has the appearance of clear or transparent lines on a cobalt background. The drawing of the layer is very reminiscent of an architectural project, though made in a completely different dimension.

Similarly, the template of the etheric layer creates the shape of our physical body and all its organs with the help of form-generating voids of space. These forms exist in minus - space, an empty field, in which the structural lattice of the ethereal field is formed. And already along the lines of this lattice are the tissues of the physical body.

Celestial body (celestial) (sixth layer)

The sixth layer is the emotional aspect of the spiritual plane. It is 60 - 80 cm from the surface of the body. This is the level at which we experience spiritual ecstasy caused by meditation and other techniques.

Unconditional, selfless love occurs when a connection is established between an open heart chakra and an open heavenly chakra. Such a flow of love connects human, earthly love for our fellow human beings with the spiritual ecstasy inherent in spiritual love, which goes beyond physical reality into other worlds. The combination of these two states creates true, unconditional love.

The celestial body is seen by the eye of the observer as a flickering, beautiful light, sustained in pastel colors. like mother-of-pearl, this layer shimmers, opalescent with golden-silver light. The shape of the sixth layer cannot be clearly defined: the celestial body simply radiates light, just as a candle flame radiates from it. Within this radiance, even brighter rays can be discerned.

Keter or causal body (causal) (seventh layer)

The seventh layer is the mental aspect of the spiritual plane, also called the keter template. From the surface of the physical body, it is at a distance of 40 to 105 cm. When we reach the seventh level, we are aware of our unity with the Creator.

The seventh layer has the shape of an egg and contains all the auric bodies associated with the present incarnation of the individual, with all his incarnations. It is a highly structured template. It consists of weaves of golden-silver threads of light, rigid enough to support the entire aura in integrity. The seventh body is the essence crystal lattice structure of the physical body and all chakras.

If you tune into the frequency of the seventh level, you can see a beautiful golden "shimmering" light. The field pulsates at the seventh level with such a high frequency that this pulsation is perceived as flickering. Under the feet, the length of the field is minimal, and above the head the crown is up to 90 cm high. If a person has high energy, then the crown can rise even higher.

The outer surface of the seventh layer looks like an eggshell. its thickness is from 6 to 12 mm. it is very strong and stable and protects the aura in the same way that a real chicken shell protects.
